Processing Time: Orders typically take 2–7 business days to process before they ship.
Delivery Time: Once shipped, orders arrive within 3–7 business days via standard U.S. shipping.
Total Delivery: Most orders arrive within 5–14 business days from the date of purchase.
International Shipping We now ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and select countries worldwide via DHL Express.

- All prices are charged in USD; your bank may apply a foreign exchange fee
- Processing time remains 2–7 business days before shipment
- Customers are responsible for any duties, customs fees, or import taxes not collected at checkout
- Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships (allow 24–72 hours for updates)
- Desert Dane Designs is not responsible for delays caused by customs or carriers

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost, please contact customerservice@desertdanedesigns.com within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery and include your order number and any helpful photos.
